By submitting a pull request, patch or any other contribution to this repository, you agree to these terms:
- License to the maintainer. You grant Luke Policinski, and anyone he transfers the 5Stack project to, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense and distribute your contribution under any terms, including proprietary and commercial licenses.
- Patent license. You grant the same people, and everyone who receives 5Stack from them, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, import and otherwise transfer your contribution, covering any of your patent claims that your contribution, alone or combined with 5Stack, would infringe.
- You keep your copyright. You can still use your contribution however you like.
- It is yours to give. You wrote the contribution, or you have the right to submit it under these terms, including your employer's permission where your employer has rights in your work. If a contribution includes someone else's work, name it and its license in the pull request; these terms then cover only your own part.
- No warranty. Your contribution is provided "as is", and nobody has to use it.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit a contribution.
