Now after softmodding you system there are a lot of things you can do. I will tell you about a few of them here but I will not tell you how to do them. You can dowload .xiso files and use an extractor to extract them into a folder and move it to you original xbox's game folder. You can also rip your games into the xiso format. You can run emulators, a native port of doom and various apps. My number one recomended app is the MS dashboard because you need it to get Insgnia and to rip cds and play them. If you want to upgrade the hard drive to add more space and to allow you xbox's hdd to function longer check out my link
