SmartBiz ERP project is locked/archived and cannot be made active on Free Personal Plan

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

HMy SmartBiz ERP project is showing as locked with “Upgrade to Basic” on my FlutterFlow Projects page.

I am using a Free Personal Plan. I have no other active personal project, and the Projects page shows only SmartBiz ERP.

The project appears under Archived Projects / All Projects, but there is no Unarchive or Set Active option available.

I also checked in an Incognito Chrome window, but the project remains locked.

My Account page confirms that I am on the Free Plan.

Expected Behavior

SmartBiz ERP should become active and editable because I have no other active personal project and I am using the Free Personal Plan.

I should be able to open the project in the FlutterFlow editor and continue developing it without being asked to upgrade to Basic.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign in to my FlutterFlow Personal workspace using my account.
2. Open the Projects page.
3. The SmartBiz ERP project appears with a lock icon and “Upgrade to Basic”.
4. Open the project options (three dots).
5. There is no “Unarchive” or “Set Active” option.
6. The project cannot be opened in the FlutterFlow editor.
7. Check the Account page; it shows that my Personal Plan is Free.
8. Check the Projects page; there is no other active personal project.
9. Open FlutterFlow in an Incognito Chrome window and sign in again.
10. SmartBiz ERP is still locked and cannot be edited.

Reproducible from Blank

• The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.

Bug Report Code (Required)

N/A - Project is locked and FlutterFlow Editor cannot be opened, so a Bug Report Code cannot be generated.

Additional Information

I have already followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by FlutterFlow Support.

I checked my Personal workspace, checked the Projects page, confirmed that there is no other active personal project, checked for Trash, tried an Incognito Chrome window, signed out and signed in again, and checked my Account page.

The project is still locked.

Please check whether there is an account/project-state issue on the FlutterFlow side and help make SmartBiz ERP active and editable on my Free Personal Plan.

I do not want to delete SmartBiz ERP because it contains the work I have already completed.
