create github workflow / action to build FreeCAD.app bundle for macos versions

setup a github workflow file using the github provided runners to build a FreeCAD.app bundle for macos for both arm64 and amd64 architectures.

will be developing the workflow in my personal homebrew tap to not spam this tap with needless commits and workflow runs.
