feat(benchmarks): Execute benchmarks from Nexus repo branch

Implement a script that given a nexus repository and baseline local or remote branch:

• Identifies if there are benchmark instances added with the branch
• For each benchmark instance to be executed submit it to the Ray cluster setup in feat: Setup the benchmarking environment #94
