Install failed on Debian 13

Hey, great work on being the only one trying to make LTFS open source! I run into issues trying to install in Debian. It failed on step 4 when it was trying to install the packages.
Also you may want to take a look on the install instructions, as it has wrong folders (you may have changed the folders recently).

I tried again in Debian 12, I was able to install a few dependencies, but it got stuck in step 5/12

Debian 12 doesn't come with sudo and npm, I installed them, then have the same issue like the rest of everyone. There is missing file packaging/fossilsafe.service. It's preventing the install (got stuck at step 10/12). You may want to take a look and upload it, so we can all try it.
