Subject: [PATCH] Remove duplicate dependency declarations rejected by Maven
 3.10

The ubuntu-24.04 runner image 20261004.327 ships Maven 3.10.0, which turns
a repeated <dependency> declaration from a warning into a model error, so
the build stops while reading the POMs:

  'dependencies.dependency.(groupId:artifactId:type:classifier)' must be
  unique: com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-core:jar (openidm-workflow-activiti)
  ... org.osgi:org.osgi.util.promise:jar, org.osgi:org.osgi.util.function:jar
  (openidm-maintenance)

Each removed block was an exact copy of an earlier declaration, so the
resolved dependency set of both modules is unchanged.
