NBS crashes upon opening

Describe the bug
The program crashes as soon as I open it.
I was trying to download the beta version of NBS and saved it to a different folder so it didn't mess with the stable version. However, that did not work, so I deleted the beta folder, but now the folder with the stable version crashes. I even did a fresh install of NBS, but I'm still getting instant crashes. Help?

How do I know what's out of the ordinary? I don't see any duplicate files

if there are any dlls there just delete them, 3.11 does not require dll files to be at that location
