feat(profile): clarify account privacy toggles are global and don't affect speaker profiles

Adds an explanatory note above the public-profile privacy checkboxes
on the account profile page, clarifying that these settings apply to
the member's account profile across the whole platform (not per-show)
and do not control speaker profile data, which is public separately
except for email and phone number.
