need to be able to count test cases when they don't compile

When multiple test classes are used, the "@test"s need to be counted in case some compile and others do not. Otherwise higher grades may be reported

use regex to scan for @test not included in a comment. Use @TestDescription if present to describe test that wasn't compiled?
