fix(tools): sharp Save as, Help, Open and Save items icons

These tools used get_std_icon(name, 16), which froze the standard Qt
icon to a 16-pixel image: shown in 24-pixel toolbars, it was upscaled
and blurry with a display scaling greater than 100%, and smaller than
the other toolbar icons at 100%. Use the standard icons with all their
resolutions (the size argument is deprecated in guidata 3.17.1).
