Topic Relevance LLM: Add GPT-5 support

Currently, the Topic Relevance LLM only supports GPT-4-mini and GPT-4. This limits our ability to utilize the latest advancements in the GPT-5 family, which can enhance model performance.

Add support for GPT-5 family models in the Topic Relevance LLM.
