Currently, NGO users cannot see the config id on the Kaapi console when a Guardrails config is created. This hinders their ability to use the config id in API calls for testing the validator.

- Display the config id on the Kaapi console whenever a Guardrails config is created.
- Ensure that users can easily access it for API calls.

Whenever Guardrails config is created, NGO user should be able to see config id on the kaapi console, so they can use same in api call for testing the validator.
