There is an issue on the windows 0.0.1 beta version. For some reason the preferences button is not working. I will investigate this and possibly push a new beta version soon. There is also an ongoing bug that was an issue in ESV 1.3.16 that has to do with QR code scanning and the wallet crashing, or the camera erroring on subsequent scans. This will be investigated again before official release.
