2 fold. A calendar that shows all shows in one place, as well as a per show calendar and maybe a global calendar of who is working what show and when.

Global view of all shows and their time frames
Global view of all shows and who is working on them
Per show view of who is working on the show and when
Ability to share the calendar via a CalDAV link to be able to import into other places
possible ability to restrict who can view the calendar
Stretch goal of having an availability calendar where crew can post their availability and accept work
