[Installation] Publish releases with certificate and PowerShell script to execute

It would be nice if releases are published with all the content from AppxPackage folder including the certificate and PowerShell scripts to execute installation

Hi Adam, i give the error 0x80B010A, the certificate is not trusted, I am using W10 but I already tested on a W11 virtual machine and I get the same error.
