Support affinity groups when deploying a CKS Cluster

Currently, there is no support for deploying a CKS cluster with affinity groups

Also, add the feature in UI (create kubernetes cluster ) wizard

It would be nice to have this feature, as there could be a scenario where one of the host (containing all worker node) goes down.

The affinity group can ensure no downtime for an application running as ( pod) on a worker node

Is there any workaround for this? If we want to built a resilient HA kubernetes cluster with each worker node on a different host, is best practice to do a manual kubernetes install on VMs assigned with anti-affinity rather than use CKS?
