Fix Assignments Table Sorting

This a minor UI nit, but it would be nice to sort assignments by their number instead of treating everything as a string. For example, in the screenshot below, Lab 10 is listed before Lab 9.

oh yeah, this is a dumb side effect. Though maybe due date is the most natural default? But text sorting should definitely be lexographic and not ASCII order.

Oh true, due date would be nice! (or even better, default to sorting by due date and then give the option to sort by any of the columns (except the gradescope link))

Oh, you can sort by any of the columns! 🙃 Oh, it seems like the indicators are not showing on that table... 🫠
but sorting by date works, but maybe I'll change that to the default.
