Make it easier to utilize content from a single folder by allowing an array of resource types

Instead of

  photos: defineCollection({
    loader: cldAssetsLoader({
      folder: "collection",
    }),
  }),
  videos: defineCollection({
    loader: cldAssetsLoader({
      folder: "collection",
      resourceType: "video",
    }),
  }),

Allow

  assets: defineCollection({
    loader: cldAssetsLoader({
      folder: "collection",
      resourceType: ['image', 'video']
    }),
  }),
