[Documentation]-content rewrite for the events blog

So the markdown files have entries that were used for testing
Chore:

• Refactor the content into a clean looking blog/information panel
• make sure you use appropriate markdown formats
• fact check the content with the Core (can be done in the PR review as-well)

Sorry was away , So i found an issue there is a markdown file for the events something like https://github.com/codechefPesuecc/CodeChef-PESUECC-Chapter/blob/main/content/initiatives/events/leetcode-101.md

but changes in this never reflected on the website (localhost) but content inside src/app/initiatives/initiatives.manifest.json when changes were made in this file it was reflecting on the website . which is fine i can put content in the file but i might have broken something while I was trying to fix the pictures i feel i have broken something inside src/app/initiatives/components/FlagshipEvents.tsx
not really sure .

Can i submit a PR and you can look into it and suggest the changes I dont know webdev and also dont have credits rn :soob
