Consolidate config.json and accounts.json #14

I think it was a legacy issue that made this separate files, but I can't think of a good reason why these can't be a single file with three sections, AWS config, Xero config and AWS accounts to query. Should be a fairly trivial enhancement and make for tidier working directories.
