Coldtype library unable to download?

So I just got st2 simply so I could use an OTF file, issue is, when I got the addon and imported it, I did what the add-on said and pressed the big button to install the needed Coldtype library. It keeps sending back an error that I do not know of though.

This is on blender 4.5, Windows 11.

Could it also because I just have really terrible internet?

Sorry for the delay! I've been on vacation without access to a Windows computer. Could you try uninstalling ST2 completely, then closing and reopening Blender and reinstalling ST2? After you hit the button to Install Coldtype, you could try closing Blender and reopening it again and seeing if that fixes the issue. I was able to fix the issue on my computer by doing that. Unfortunately I do not have a fix for the real issue yet (some kind of file lock on a python file within the add-on), but I'll keep working on that.
