Change date that it has always an end date

This change should eliminate the need for the enrich method in Application.

@wurstbrot Is that true like this? Should date then always be DatePeriodComponent and DatePeriodEndComponent and DatePeriodEndComponent would be created in the Constructor of DatePeriodComponent and then automatically saved in this component?
