The failure reproduces in follow-up build 1573628.

This is a post-close recurrence of #132072, which was filed for the same signature on the windows checked legs of the runtime-coreclr jit-cfg pipeline and closed as fixed on 2026-08-11. The source build 1573173 finished 2026-08-29, well after that close, and now fails on a different leg (linux-arm NativeAOT).
