Subject: [PATCH 2/2] build(aot): prototype native AOT publish on the arm64
 runner

Throwaway test for #430: sets PublishAot and PublishTrimmed to true and removes Serilog.Enrichers.Demystifier (Ben.Demystifier is the only trim blocker, IL2104), to prove the native AOT link works on the GitHub-hosted ubuntu-24.04-arm runner. Not for merge.
