Verify whether Sentry is correctly set for Craft and improve its usage

Sentry SDK is already initialized when CRAFT_SENTRY_DSN is present, so we should make sure it's there.
Once its there, it would be nice to start monitoring those errors and enhance SDK usage as needed.
