Subject: [PATCH] fix(start.sh): run MCP install via python -m artemis

On some uv versions (reported with 0.5.9), 'uv run artemis' resolves
'artemis' to the local package directory and runs it as a script. That
puts the directory on sys.path and artemis/platform shadows the stdlib
platform module, so MCP installation fails with an ImportError.

Use 'uv run python -m artemis', matching the script's existing UI launch
command, for the install and the retry/skip hints.
