Tab issue

I have two tabs in 1st tab, 10 data, and 2nd tab, 15 data. Once I am clicked on tab 2, so at that time jump to the 2nd tab and highlight but page scroll, so at that time again jump to the 1st tab and then jump to the 2nd tab.

So how to manage?
