legacyStreamDetectionAlerts is not supported

In order to get all GCTI (and/or RULE_DETECTION) alerts in one api call. It seems necessary to hit the legacyStreamDetectionAlerts endpoint.

I do not see this is currently supported in secops client.

This was made when list curated detections didn't support "-" for a ruleId..

There's still not a way to get all detections with one call but since this is "legacy" I will not work on implementing it. I suggest closing in favor of curated-rule search-detections --rule-id - AND rule detections --rule-id -
