Subject: [PATCH] Takes design v0.156.0 and guestgraph/mental-model d2efc96

The re-pin moves @robertblust/design from v0.155.0 to v0.156.0 and guestgraph/mental-model in source.json from 57707b0 to d2efc96, in one commit so the privacy page and the code agree. The chat keeps the panel's size in localStorage from this release, and the model's chat-size entry now says local-storage, so the privacy page lists it under kept in your browser rather than in this tab. A link's question waits right after the intro's prompt line and keeps the focus when the page sets its language. chat.js and the theme boot fence are the synced files that change; the pages, pictures and stamps follow them.

Verified: the lockfile resolves @robertblust/design to the tag's commit; npm run design, npm run model, pages, pictures, pages, og and sitemap ran; every command of pins.json's verify list passed locally.
