- 仓库使用 git hooks（pre-push）强制执行 unit test + e2e test + format check + lint，任一失败即中止。
- Agent 禁止以任何方式跳过 hooks 完成 commit/push，包括但不限于
--no-verify、HUSKY=0、卸载或禁用 hook。 - hook 失败时：修复问题后重新 push，不允许绕过。
- 格式：
