[#17] Upgrade to OFT 4.10 and Asciidoc Plugin 1.0.0 (#18)

Updated the core library to version 4.10.0, updated the asciidoc
plugin to version 1.0.0 which works with any OFT core library having
version >= 4.5.0.

Fixes #17
