Subject: [PATCH] [#17] Upgrade to OFT 4.10 and Asciidoc Plugin 1.0.0

Updated the core library to version 4.10.0, updated the asciidoc
plugin to version 1.0.0 which works with any OFT core library having
version >= 4.5.0.

Fixes #17
