Can't delete a 'read receipt'

HI,
I am not able to permanently delete a read receipt, which causes error message in Outlook.
Please see MFCMAPI error message attached.

This isn't a problem in MFCMAPI - MFCMAPI just drives the MAPI api. What you're seeing is the store you're using is declining to do what you asked.

You might capture a fiddler while trying to delete the message to see if Exchange reports any extended error information in the rop response. It often does.

I am not using Exchange.
I am runnig Outlook Microsoft® Outlook® für Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2512 Build 16.0.19530.20226) 32 Bit stand-alone client.
Is there also "fiddler" availabe?
Or shall I run pstscan instead?

If you're connecting to some other kind of server then you'd need to look at what protocol you're using and use a network capture tool appropriate for that protocol. Regardless, all MFCMAPI can do is ask for the action to be performed. It's still up to the server/backend to honor the request.
