Provides Release artifacts for Windows and Ubuntu 22.04/glibc 2.35; the portable Linux artifact is also qualified on Debian 13 with newer glibc. The prior glibc 2.38 artifact remains unchanged in its immutable 2026.08.3 release. Release 2026.08.6 is superseded because its immutable Git tag did not match the release tag embedded in toolchains.json; consumers correctly rejected that source/manifest mismatch. Release 2026.08.4 is superseded because its old GitHub CLI upload batch left both large archive assets incomplete before immutability was applied. Linux downloads select the newest compatible glibc floor before transferring an archive. GCC packages will join this release set after their relocation boundary is qualified."
