Subject: [PATCH] fix(svelte): measure recycled cells again after updating them

updateListItem suspends requestLayout while the item is bound, then resumes with the layout
request replayed (Akylas core fork). Drop the fourth argument passed to _resumeNativeUpdates:
it comes from an older signature and is ignored by the current one.
