After Booloder Unlocked , add option to jump to fastboot mode available to carry on

I know we plan to make every step jumpable but this one real bugs me now

• When you select that the booloader has to be unlocked ( most cases when you receive your phone )
• You oem unlock , your phone wipe and restart
• OIA wants to make your phone reboot to fastboot through adb to go to step flash recovery
• This make you go again to all the bloody manufacturer steps just to enable adb to reboot in fastboot
• Let's add a tick box like " I already reboot to fastboot manually" to save people time :-)

Or even better , at this step if we cannot adb let's try to test is we are on recovery to carry on , we can do that with twrp command
