"Dev options" button does not work

"How do I enable developer options?" button doesnt do anything

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. make app (0.5.6)
2. Click "Lets start"
3. Click "How do I enable developer options?"

Expected behavior
Open popup, website or similar

Log file
contains no useful logs, ends with
