I tried to flash a Samsung Galaxy S5 (klte)

Recovery file: twrp-3.7.0_9-0-klte.img
Always the software stops with error 13. I tried 3 different computers, 4 different USB cables. -the screen of the smartphone shows: "Downloading .."
Flashing stops with message:
