Update Texas Instruments vendor page on openthread.io

This page https://openthread.io/vendors/texas-instruments is not sourced from here, but creating this issue to track updates to it. The platforms there are outdated per @Ryan-Brownf11 in #217

Per that PR:

TI is currently promoting SimpleLink F3 devices, which would be the following

CC2340R5
CC2340R53
CC2755P10
CC2755R10
CC2755P20

@Ryan-Brownf11 for that page update, for each platform we'd need:

• Image
• Whether it's a SoC, Dongle, or Development Kit
• Any relevant product page / driver links
• Brief copy to use, typically marketing stuff, could just be on the product page
• Thread certification status
