Dear all @TMSMultiLab/meetings
It feels like way more than four weeks since the last meeting! If you can remember back that far, Robert Hardwick told us all about RMT Finder - a fully-automated resting motor threshold algorithm and procedure for Magstim-CED Spike setups.
The next meeting is in ten days time - Friday 30th October at 16:00 UK time (GMT+0) - this is
Our speaker will be Dr Antonio Capozio from Edge Hill University who will present some work on the startling effects of the acoustic stimuli produced by TMS:
"Who is Afraid of Brain Stimulation? Acoustic Startle Contributes to Variability in Motor Evoked Potentials"
Does the sound change MEPs? Find out next week!

We have no speakers lined-up for future months, and I've had no-one approach me, or volunteer themselves or another person. I'm feeling lonely over here, people. If you want a free line on your CV, and most importantly some feedback from a friendly crowd of expert TMS users, then please volunteer yourself to give a 15-minute talk and/or lead a discussion.
At present, I will fill-in the November meeting with a discussion of how I converted my first dataset to the new NIBS-BIDS format. If talking for an hour about re-naming hundreds of files doesn't fill you with joy, then you know what to do!
cheers,
Nick
