Subject: [PATCH] docs: size the specs logo like every sister repo

main still had width=610. The logo is 288 units wide, so at 610 its
16px blocks render at 33.9px, two and a half times tonestack's 13.9px,
which is why it looked oversized next to the others.

250 is the natural width scaled by the same 610/704 every sister repo
uses, so specs renders at 69px tall with 13.9px blocks like all of
them.
