Support for Description Resource

I was wondering whether the Server supports Description Resources.
When creating a resource, an .acl is advertised through the link header but I did not find describedBy.
Is that deliberate? If so, how can I associate a description resource with a primary resource?

As this behaviour is a deviation from the spec, I do not believe it is on purpose (as we attempt to be spec compliant).

At a first glance downstream code pdsinterop/php-solid-crud:src/Server.php does do something with "describedby" but I'll have to look into what it is missing.
