Subject: [PATCH] Announce Pilot Cloud in the homepage bar

Point the announcement bar at cloud.pilotprotocol.network instead of
shell.online, with the line "Try Pilot Cloud, add Pilot to any Agent or
Chatbot" and the ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Grok Bot and Muse marks.
