Documentation missing?

Is there a reference for all the functions and classes in this library? The doxygen is just completely empty, and there's only the examples in the README

The documentation is in a fairly bad spot since this basically grew out of https://github.com/rapidfuzz/RapidFuzz and writing docs just never was as much fun as coding 😅

I did now at least fix the doxygen generation to include the docs I wrote for some of th c++ functions (https://rapidfuzz.github.io/rapidfuzz-cpp/topics.html)

On the bright side the interfaces for basically all these functions are 99% the same + the implemented algorithms are standard string matching algorithms. So the "close to no docs" state isn't completely catastrophic.
