+The wheel bundles third-party native code: UCX (libucp/libucs/libuct/
+libucm and its transport modules, BSD-3-Clause), libaio (LGPL-2.1),
+and the Abseil, liburing, Asio, Taskflow and toml++ subprojects that
+meson builds into libnixl and its plugins. `license-files` only lists
+LICENSE and the NVIDIA proprietary notice, so none of their licence
+texts reach dist-info/licenses. ATTRIBUTIONS-CPP.md already carries
+the full licence text of every one of them; list it too.
+
+Upstream's own wheels carry the same gap.
