Commit the logomark and reference it from the marketplace entry

Cursor's Marketplace checklist asks for a logo committed to the repository and
referenced by a relative path. The marketplace entry's logo resolves against
the plugin folder, so the builder copies assets/logo.svg into
plugins/screenrig/assets/logo.svg as a public file.
