Plugin: bundle cli e3b6a57 (dead-code release)

The bundled CLI drops code for server surface the backend no longer has:
the v1 playlist schema, fallback hints and messages for codes and events the
server always sends, old-server branches, the app upload flat output
aliases, unread protocol members, the npm library entry and unused modules,
exports and locals.

Budget: repository 226 -> 223 files, 7,643,678 -> 7,478,544 bytes;
plugins/screenrig 90 -> 89 files, 3,598,377 -> 3,523,617 bytes;
plugins/screenrig-agents 95 -> 94 files, 3,615,729 -> 3,540,969 bytes.

Gates: validate-plugin.py --budget, validate-plugin.py, build-plugin.py
--check, check-public-repo.py, test.py (30), claude plugin validate --strict .
and --profile directory plugins/screenrig (ICON_MISSING warning only).
