Deprication warring

Hi, I use the library to show charts I bump in deprecation warning BokehDeprecationWarning: 'circle() method with size value' was deprecated in Bokeh 3.4.0 and will be removed, use 'scatter(size=...) instead' instead..

I am using :

ch.plot.lollipop(
        data_frame=,
        categorical_columns=[],
        numeric_column="",
        color_column="",
    )

If someone have time to take this issue before circle() method is removed from the API.

Hi! @mikebgrep I tried to investigate this issue.

I tested Chartify with Bokeh 3.4+ and checked for occurrences of circle() usage in the codebase, but I couldn’t find any direct usage that matches the deprecation warning in the current code paths.

I also reviewed the lollipop and scatter implementations and only found usage of ch.plot.scatter(...) which already uses marker="circle".

Is it possible that:

• the issue comes from an older code path or cached version, or
• it has already been partially fixed in newer commits?

If there is a specific file or function where this warning is still reproducible, could you please point me to it? I’d be happy to help fix it.
