Describe the bug
Predbat appears to be setting the import rate to the high rate when charging the car. Documentation suggests this should be using the low rate when using car_charging_now: on and octopus_intelligent_charging: true
Expected behaviour
I would expect Predbat to use the low rate pulled from Kraken, and therefore allow charging of the battery at the same time
